About Thai Food

Thai food continues to rise in popularity due to its natural properties of freshness, fragrance, colour, flavour and healthiness. Here at Sabaidee our chefs use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients we can find.

Some of the authentic Thai herbs and spices used in our kitchen include: holy and sweet basil, lime leaf, lemongrass, galangal, gachai, coriander and of course Thai chilli’s.

Where we can, we use locally sourced ingredients and even home grown herbs to ensure freshness and the fullest flavours.

Most of our dishes are dairy and gluten free, we do not use MSG and we also offer vegetarian options for many of the main courses.

If you prefer your dishes to be particularly SPICY, MEDIUM or MILD please mention this to your server when placing your order.

Please remember, freshly cooked Thai food takes time to prepare so we appreciate your patience and hope you will agree that it’s well worth waiting for!
